The Florida A&M University College of Engineering Sciences, Technology and Agriculture (CESTA), located in Tallahassee, has a joint engineering program with neighboring Florida State University, which is one of the fastest growing in the nation. With 2,300 undergraduate programs, the combined program has an active student body that also has ties with more than 150 area companies. A nationally ranked graduate program by US News & World Report is a main draw for the University of Florida, which has 11 departments and is located in Gainesville. For Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, the projections expect a 1.19% growth, or 62 job increase, bringing the total to 5,722. Computer and Electronic Product Manufacturing will remain virtually the same, jumping from 1,792 jobs in 2005 to 1,900 in 2013, a 0.75% increase.
